General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The client acknowledges having read and expressly accepted, without reservation, the terms and conditions of sale stated below at the time of placing the order. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Ouche Bretonne and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. The act of purchase implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.


ORDER

Your order will be considered complete once payment is validated.


DELIVERY

Contagious Magic ships orders within 48 hours.
Puppies are sold exclusively through direct contact, telephone calls, and visits to the breeding facility. Shipping is not available for puppies.

Deliveries are made via La Poste (Colissimo) within mainland France.

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate for mainland France:

  • €6.90 (including tax) for packaging and shipping for all orders within mainland France.

Orders outside mainland France are subject to a quote for delivery fees.

Important: Always check your package upon arrival. Open the package in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage or missing items, make all necessary reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, as they are solely responsible.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days (from the receipt of the items) to return your item at your expense.


PRICES

The selling prices of the products are those in effect at the time the order is placed, excluding shipping costs.


PAYMENT

The price of the products is payable in full on the day of the order.
Payment can be made exclusively by credit card bearing the CB logo or by check.

Payment by credit card:
Payment is made via a secure PAYPAL banking server. The order validated by the client will only be considered effective once the payment has been validated by PayPal. In the event of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled, and the client will be notified by email.


CLAIMS

For any complaints, we invite you to contact us.

The Commercial Court of Brest has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery or the accepted method of payment.


DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the client has the right to access and rectify their personal data.
